Donald Efraín Roque, a third-generation coffee producer, has spent his entire life working in coffee , continuing the legacy of his father and grandfather.

His passion deepened when he discovered the Cup of Excellence in Nicaragua and decided to participate, achieving strong results in multiple editions and finding new motivation to pursue quality and excellence.

Today, Donald is fully committed to specialty coffee, focusing on continuous improvement and the training of his team to refine harvesting and processing practices.
